Contest Rules & Disclaimers
KTSC-FM CONTEST RULES
· All contests and promotions performed by KTSC-FM Pueblo Rev 89 are subject to change without notice and participation in such events is an agreement of understanding of all rules on the participant’s part.
· All contests and promotions are decided by the management of KTSC-FM and are non-negotiable to alteration by anyone other than the management of KTSC-FM.
· All prizes for all contests and promotions are not-negotiable and non exchangeable. No purchase necessary.
o All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning.
o Any prize in the form of tickets or any other prize with an expiration date must be claimed before closing on the last business day prior to the event or expiration date or before closing the day of the event for weekday events. *
o Any prize not retrieved within the designated time given will become property of the station.
· No prize winner will be eligible for any contest or promotion with KTSC-FM until 30 days after the last prize was won.
o Any person in the same household as a previous prize winner (regardless of parental, marital, or any other status of relation) will be ineligible as well for the 30 day period.
· Eligibility for specific contests will be restricted to age groups specifically person of 18 years of age or older in accordance with Federal, State, and Municipal laws and regulations. (This rule applies to all adult related materials including but not limited to any gift card/certificate for a place of business that offers products that are specifically for adult use only).
o No person under the age of 18 years old (or 21 when applicable) will be allowed to participate in contest or promotions related to age restricted materials or places where these materials are offered i.e. body art/modification, tobacco, alcoholic, or pornographic related materials).
· Anyone (regardless of age, race, or sex) is eligible to participate in contests and promotions performed by KTSC-FM excluding those that are made ineligible by previous or for mentioned rules or those made ineligible by Federal, State, or Municipal regulations.
o All contest, promotion, or prize winners must be able to provide proof of identification in the form of picture I.D. at the time of receiving the prize.
o Any person that is unable to pick up or retrieve a prize belonging to them may make arrangements with the management of KTSC-FM to have the prize picked up or retrieved by a person designated by the prize winner.
· When entering into a contest or promotion no one may enter any other person other than them self unless otherwise specified by the management of KTSC-FM and in the case that this is allowed, no one may enter another person into such a contest or promotion without the individuals knowledge.
· Persons participating in any KTSC-FM contest or promotion have the understanding that they may become ineligible at anytime by not following ALL given rules or directions for each contest or promotion.
· KTSC-FM reserves the right to announce by broadcast and or by publication (by internet or any other means deemed fit) the names of winners and participants in any and all contests and promotions. **
*Business hours of KTSC-FM are 9 a.m. - 6p.m. Monday - Friday (may differ for holidays or other events)
**No private information will ever be broadcast or published about any individual in the case that the winner(s) of contests or promotions are announced.
